"Roly Poly Puppies"

Hands play together throughout much of this composition. The feature of interest is the use of three-note chord clusters found in 12 of the measures. The child is instructed to "stroke the keys as you would pat a puppy." This is done while holding down the pedal. A seven-year-old had no trouble performing this music. Words are included.
